Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships in the EB sector. The role targets building a substantial book of business with a strong sales mindset and industry knowledge.

The position offers a fully remote setup with a base salary in the six-figure range and comprehensive benefits, plus opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license in Tennessee.
• Minimum of 5 years of Employee Benefits sales experience.
• Existing book of business valued at $750,000 or more.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow a book of business with a minimum revenue target of $750,000.
• Identify and pursue EB opportunities, especially in real estate or technology.
• Build and maintain client relationships with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with account managers and admin support for seamless service.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage relationships, track activities and reports.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations and best practices.
• Attend client meetings and travel as needed.
