Pacific Life is seeking a skilled sales professional to support the growth of Broker Distribution within the Workforce Benefits organization. This role is 100% remote, with travel required, covering Arizona and New Mexico.

You will build broker relationships, develop strategies, and drive growth toward sales goals, aligning with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources and engaging in industry activities. Report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in group benefits sales with broker presence.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management or equivalent experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to guide decisions.
• Entrepreneurial, creative approach to developing new ideas that push the industry.
• Ability to seek opinions, process feedback and take smart risks.
• High integrity with transparent, consistent decision-making.
• Leads by example and drives performance with continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Support strategy creation and execution for Broker Distribution.
• Meet annual sales goals as set by leadership.
• Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to tell the broker story.
• Drive a pipeline of RFPs per month.
• Build and strengthen local broker relationships to grow Pacific Life’s brand in market.
• Coordinate with underwriting, product, pricing, regulatory, and actuarial teams for aligned deliverables.
• Maintain broker-centric customer focus in decision-making.
• Engage in industry and community activities to stay current with trends.
