Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace.
• College degree with concentration in business management, finance, or risk management or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to analyze data from diverse sources to support decisions and align others with strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute broker distribution strategy to meet sales, retention, profitability, and expense goals.
• Meet annual sales targets as set by Sales Leadership.
• Strengthen and expand broker relationships and meet broker meetings targets weekly.
• Drive a steady pipeline of RFPs per month and promote Pacific Life’s value proposition to brokers.
