Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a skilled sales professional to support the growth of Broker Distribution within the Workforce Benefits organization. This 100% remote role requires travel and focuses on Northern Texas territory to build a $1B revenue, profitable business in Workforce Benefits.

Responsibilities include creating and executing distribution strategy, meeting sales goals, and strengthening broker relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in group benefits sales, broker marketplace
• Entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new ideas
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to support decisions
• High integrity with transparent and consistent actions

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for Broker Distribution to hit sales, retention, profitability and expense targets
• Meet annual sales goals as set by Sales Leadership
• Grow broker relationships and deliver Pacific Life story to brokers
• Maintain pipeline with broker meetings and RFPs each month
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, pricing and compliance teams
• Represent the company with brokers at industry events and meetings
