Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a skilled Workforce Benefits Sales Consultant to support Broker Distribution. This remote role requires travel and is ideal for someone based in the Maryland/DC market.

You will build broker relationships, develop strategies, and drive growth toward sales targets within the Broker Distribution channel. Report to the RSM of Broker Distribution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in group benefits sales
• Strong analytical skills to assess data from diverse sources
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support creation and execution of Broker Distribution strategy to meet sales, retention, profitability, and expense objectives.
• Meet annual sales goals as defined by leadership.
• Build and strengthen broker relationships and schedule regular broker meetings.
• Drive a robust pipeline with broker opportunities and RFPs; align with underwriting, pricing and product teams.
