Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a skilled sales professional to support the growth of Broker Distribution within the Workforce Benefits organization, with a focus on building broker relationships and achieving annual sales objectives.

The role is 100% remote with required travel and covers a territory within Arizona & New Mexico. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and drive growth by educating brokers on Pacific Life’s Group Benefits value proposition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in group benefits sales with broker marketplace.
• College degree in business, finance, or risk management or equivalent experience.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to support decisions.
• Entrepreneurial and creative approach to growth.
• Integrity and transparent, customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute broker distribution strategy to meet sales goals.
• Grow broker relationships and deliver Workforce Benefits story.
• Meet annual sales targets per regional leadership.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, pricing teams.
• Drive broker meetings and RFP pipeline.
