Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a skilled sales professional to support the growth of Broker Distribution within the Workforce Benefits organization. This role is 100% remote, with travel, and the ideal candidate will be based in the Maryland or DC marketplace.

You will report to the RSM of Broker Distribution and focus on broker relationships, strategy execution, and achieving annual sales goals. As a Workforce Benefits Sales Consultant - Broker Distribution, you’ll drive growth by building

Qualifications

• 5+ years in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace.
• College degree with concentration in business management, finance, or risk management or equivalent work experience is required.
• Analytical mindset with ability to source and synthesize data to support decisions.
• Entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new ideas that push industry boundaries.
• Strong integrity and ability to act transparently in the best interest of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Meet annual sales goals as established by the RSM of Broker Distribution.
• Build and execute broker-specific strategies to grow sales in the Broker Distribution Channel.
• Strengthen and grow broker relationships locally to increase the Pacific Life brand.
• Deliver the Workforce Benefits story to the broker community and GA marketplace.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, pricing, and regulatory teams to align on deliverables.
