Responsibilities

• Meet annual sales goals set by leadership.
• Build and expand broker relationships to grow revenue.
• Prepare and present broker meetings weekly.
• Coordinate with underwriting, pricing, and compliance teams.
• Drive a robust sales pipeline and RFP activity.
• Represent Pacific Life at industry events and in communities.
• Support strategy development for Broker Distribution.
