Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company seeks a skilled sales professional to grow the Broker Distribution within the Workforce Benefits organization. This role is 100% remote, with travel, and targets Northern Texas as the initial territory.

You will build broker relationships and execute strategies to drive growth and meet sales objectives in the broker market. The ideal candidate has a track record in group benefits sales, strong analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to expanding market

Qualifications

• 5+ years in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess data from multiple sources.
• Entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new sales ideas.
• Strong integrity and capable of transparent, consistent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and execution of broker distribution strategy to meet sales, retention and profitability goals.
• Meet annual sales objectives and build broker relationships.
• Drive broker meetings weekly and manage a pipeline of RFPs.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, pricing, and regulatory teams to align on deliverables.
• Represent the Pacific Life brand and participate in industry events and community activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business/finance/risk management
