Pacific Life is seeking a skilled sales professional to support Broker Distribution within Workforce Benefits. This remote role targets Oklahoma (OKC and Tulsa) and focuses on building broker relationships, executing strategies, and driving growth toward sales goals.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager. You will collaborate with Workforce Benefits teams to educate the broker GA marketplace about Pacific Life's Group Benefits value proposition, maintaining integrity and a customer‑first

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace.
• College degree with concentration in business management, finance, or risk management is required.
• Inclination to seek and analyze data from diverse sources to support decisions.
• Entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new ideas that push the industry.
• High integrity with transparent, consistent actions for the organization.
• Self-reflection and ability to lead by example while driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of a Broker Distribution strategy to meet sales, retention, profitability, and expense objectives.
• Meet annual sales goals as set by Sales Leadership.
• Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to communicate the Pacific Life value to brokers.
• Strengthen and expand broker relationships to grow sales in the market.
• Schedule broker meetings and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, pricing, regulatory, and actuarial teams to align on deliverables.
