Pacific Life is seeking a Sales Consultant for Broker Distribution within the Workforce Benefits group. The remote role covers Central Florida and involves travel.

You will build broker relationships, execute broker-specific strategies, and drive growth toward sales goals, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager of the Southeast Region. You will work with Workforce Benefits teams to educate brokers and GA marketplaces on Pacific Life’s Group Benefits value proposition while meeting collective

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with broker market presence.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to support decisions.
• Entrepreneurial and creative approach to develop new ideas that push industry boundaries.
• Strong integrity and transparent, consistent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a Broker Distribution strategy to meet sales, retention and profitability objectives.
• Meet annual sales goals as set by Sales Leadership.
• Collaborate with Workforce Benefits teams to present Pacific Life’s value proposition to brokers.
• Build and deepen broker relationships, manage meetings, and grow the broker pipeline.
• Coordinate with underwriting, product and pricing teams to ensure alignment on broker deliverables.
• Represent the company at industry events and stay current on market trends.
