Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of health, welfare and retirement benefits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn systems.
• Comfortable working in a remote team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide benefits education and enrollment assistance across medical, dental, vision and voluntary plans.
• Educate members on employer-sponsored health, welfare, retirement and wellbeing programs.
• Update benefit elections and records for new hires and life events, ensuring compliance.
