Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Benefits Advocate to deliver high-touch guidance across medical, retirement, and welfare programs. You will work with members to understand needs, explain options, and support enrollment and transitions in a remote-friendly, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes benefits knowledge, strong communication skills, and ability to manage end-to-end member journeys while coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Broad-based knowledge of benefits administration, particularly Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.
• Excellent written communication, with a high level of detail and adherence compliance.
• Strong verbal communication skills and customer service orientation, highly professional within difficult situations that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and eligibility to provide personalized benefit guidance.
• Educate members on health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs.
• Assist with enrollment for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
• Maintain accurate benefit elections and records in relevant systems.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
