Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Benefit Pro to deliver concierge-style guidance across health, retirement, and wellness programs. You will own the member journey from inquiry to resolution and coordinate with vendors, carriers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes personalized advice, proactive outreach, and strong communication in a remote-friendly, flexible work environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in health insurance/ benefits are preferred.

Qualifications

• Broad-based knowledge of benefits administration including Medical, Dental, Vision, and voluntary benefits such as disability and life insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn company systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs, benefit eligibility, utilization patterns, life events, and personal circumstances to provide personalized recommendations and decision support regarding available benefit options, coverage provisions, and exclusions.
