Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Benefit Pro to deliver high-touch benefits guidance and enrollment support for members across health, retirement, and welfare programs. You will own the member journey from initial inquiry to case closure, coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to provide personalized guidance and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or HS diploma required
• 3+ years in health insurance, HR, or benefits
• 3+ years customer care experience, inbound/outbound

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs, eligibility, and life events to guide benefits choices.
• Explain complex benefits information clearly to educate members.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
• Update benefit elections and records for hires and status changes.
• Coordinate with carriers, providers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Deliver proactive outreach and regular status updates to members.
