Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Benefits Pro to deliver high-touch benefits guidance and end-to-end member support. You will coordinate across carriers, retirement specialists, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless member journey.

The role includes proactive outreach, education on medical, retirement, and welfare programs, and ownership of member interactions from inquiry to resolution. Strong communication and remote teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 3+ years in Health Insurance, HR, or Benefits.
• 3+ years of Customer Care (inbound/outbound) preferred, 1+ required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Explain complex benefits information clearly to educate members.
• Assist enrollment for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
• Update benefit elections and records for hires and status changes.
• Guide members through healthcare and benefits ecosystem.
• Provide ongoing outreach and status updates to members.
