Job summary

Alight Solutions seeks a dedicated Benefit Pro to deliver high‑touch guidance on health, welfare, and retirement benefits. You will educate members, assist enrollments, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure a seamless, personalized experience.

You will work in a remote-friendly environment, handling inquiries with empathy and clear communication, and supporting members through life events and transitions with professional guidance.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard HRIS systems.
• Experience working in remote teams and handling inquiries.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and life events to provide personalized benefit guidance.
• Explain complex benefits information clearly to educate members.
• Assist enrollment for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
• Update benefit elections and records in systems for new hires and events.
• Guide members through the health benefits ecosystem and navigate resources.
• Coordinate with providers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth experience.
• Perform proactive outreach and provide status updates throughout case lifecycle.
