Job summary

Proliance Surgeons seeks an experienced Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence to lead the design, administration, and optimization of benefits and LOA programs. This HR leader partners with executives to align programs with recruitment, retention, and total rewards, while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

You will oversee vendor relationships, data analytics, and education programs, driving improvements in participation, cost efficiency, and teammate experience across a remote/ flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant HR experience.
• SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred; demonstrated benefits leadership.
• Experience navigating HRIS platforms and complex benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage comprehensive benefits and leave strategies aligned with goals.
• Oversee administration of health, retirement, PTO, and leave programs.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and state laws.
• Lead vendor relationships and optimize service delivery and costs.
• Partner with finance and HR teams on audits and data integrity.
• Provide training and strategic guidance to HR and leaders.
