Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence to lead the design, implementation, and governance of the organization’s health and welfare programs, retirement education, PTO, and LOA operations. You will partner with HR leadership to align programs with talent goals, ensure compliance, and optimize member experience.

The role includes vendor management, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to support workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and total

Qualifications

• Experience leading benefits and leave programs
• Strong knowledge of compliance: ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
• Ability to analyze data to inform strategy and cost management

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive benefits and LOA strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead administration of health, welfare, retirement, PTO, and various leave programs
• Oversee vendor relationships including carriers and brokers and optimize service delivery
• Drive compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ERISA requirements
• Develop education programs for retirement plans and match contributions
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll to ensure accurate data and audits
