Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence to operationalize benefits and leaves, ensuring compliance and a strong teammate experience. You will lead day-to-day health and welfare benefits, retirement education, PTO, and LOA, while partnering with HR leadership to align strategies with talent objectives.

You will coach HR teams, oversee vendor relationships, and drive data-informed decisions to optimize programs and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR and benefits experience.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
• Experience with Dayforce or Workday is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive benefits and leave strategy.
• Oversee benefits programs and leave administration with cost-awareness.
• Lead vendor relationships and negotiate service levels.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and state laws.
• Develop and analyze benefits data to inform strategy and cost management.
