Proliance Surgeons seeks a senior HR leader to operationalize benefits and leave programs across the organization. You’ll oversee health, retirement, PTO, and LOA activities, ensuring compliance and a strong teammate experience.

You will collaborate with the VP of HR and cross-functional partners to align programs with talent objectives, including recruitment, retention, and total rewards. This role also involves coaching HR staff and optimizing analytics-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; progressive HR/benefits experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Five to seven years of progressive HR and benefits experience.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience navigating HRIS platforms (Dayforce, Workday) is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead benefits and leave of absence strategy aligned with organizational goals and cost effectiveness.
• Oversee benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement, PTO) and leave administration; ensure compliance.
• Partner with executives to manage vendor relationships and service delivery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA) across plans.
• Educate and mentor HR team; drive change management and process improvements.
• Develop data-driven insights to optimize program performance and costs.
