Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence to operationalize and optimize our health and welfare benefits, retirement education, PTO, and LOA functions. You will partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to align programs with talent objectives and ensure compliance.

You will coach HR teammates, oversee vendor relationships, and drive data-informed decisions to improve program effectiveness while supporting workforce planning and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR and benefits experience.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
• Experience navigating HRIS platforms such as Dayforce or Workday.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a comprehensive benefits and leave of absence strategy.
• Oversee vendor relationships and service delivery.
• Lead compliance with HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, ERISA and state laws.
• Develop education programs on retirement and 401(k) matching.
• Collaborate with HR, finance and leadership to align programs with business goals.
