Job summary

Proliance Surgeons seeks a Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence to operationalize and optimize the organization’s benefits and leave programs. You will lead health, welfare, retirement education, PTO, and LOA operations, manage vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with senior HR leadership to align programs with talent objectives.

You will coach HR teams, oversee data analytics for program effectiveness, and drive changes to improve cost efficiency and teammate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR and benefits experience.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive benefits and leave strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead administration and continuous improvement of health, retirement, PTO and LOA programs.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery for benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and state requirements.
• Develop education programs on retirement plans, 401(k) match and profit-sharing.
