Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a senior Benefits and Leave of Absence leader to operationalize programs, ensure compliance, and enhance teammate experience. This role partners with executives to align benefits with talent objectives, oversees vendor relationships, and drives data-driven decision making across health, retirement, PTO, and leave programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field required; commensurate years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Five to seven years of progressive HR and benefits experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce or Workday is required.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee benefits and leave strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead administration of health, welfare, retirement, PTO, and leave programs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and state laws.
• Manage vendor relationships and program audits, including 5500 filings.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations to optimize data integrity and reporting.
