FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation invites a seasoned Leave of Absence Manager to lead enterprise-wide leave processes and compliance. You will oversee internal analysts and vendors, manage medical, family, military, and personal leaves, and ensure adherence to FMLA, ADA, and related laws.

You will partner with HR, payroll, benefits, and Legal to optimize processes, reporting, and risk mitigation while driving improvements and ensuring a compliant, employee-centric program across the Americas.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience, including at least 7 years in leave management, leave administration, and HR operations, with leadership
• Deep expertise in federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.)
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to train management on absence management policies.
• Proficiency with HR management platforms and leave case management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls across the enterprise.
• Manage day-to-day operations of leave analysts and third-party administrators.
• Oversee end-to-end leave processes including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and related regulations.
• Advise HR and leadership on complex regulatory matters and accommodations.
• Review and update leave policies to reflect changes in laws and best practices.
• Conduct audits of leave and accommodation programs and implement improvements.
• Develop and deliver enterprise training on leave policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal to process leaves and benefits.
• Provide data-driven insights on leave usage and compliance trends.
