Job summary

Fujifilm America Corporation is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Manager to oversee enterprise-wide leaves of absence and accommodations, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and related laws. This role serves as the expert, guiding policy design, process improvements, and data reporting while coordinating with vendors and HR partners.

Reporting to HR leadership, you will manage internal analysts and third-party administrators, drive cross-functional collaboration, audits, and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience, including 7+ years in leave management and HR operations.
• Deep expertise in federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.).
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to train management on absence management policies.
• Proficiency with HR management platforms and leave case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Strategic design and oversight of scalable leave processes and compliance controls.
• Manage internal leave analysts and third-party administrators, monitoring performance and data integrity.
• Administer end-to-end leave processes including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and state leave laws.
• Act as SME for regulatory matters and reasonable accommodations; escalate as needed.
• Conduct audits and lead training programs on leave and accommodation policies.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal teams to ensure seamless processing.
