Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Manager to oversee all leaves of absence and accommodation processes, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and other laws. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding best practices, improving processes, and coordinating with payroll, benefits, and legal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
10+ years in benefits with 7+ years in leave management and HR operations.
Deep expertise in FMLA, ADA, PWFA and related laws.
Strong communication and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls.
Oversee internal leave analysts and third-party administrators.
Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA and state leave laws.
Partner with payroll, benefits, and legal teams to process leaves.
Develop data reporting and analytics on leave trends.
Lead process improvements to reduce risk and cost.
