Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Leave of Absence Manager in the New York area to oversee enterprise-wide leave processes and accommodation programs. You will ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and related regulations, while guiding best practices and reporting across multiple business segments.

You will lead internal analysts and third-party administrators, optimize data tracking, and partner with payroll, benefits, and legal teams to deliver timely and compliant leave

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience, including at least 7 years in leave management, leave administration, and HR operations, with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.).
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and ability to train management on absence management policies.
• Proficiency with HR management platforms and leave case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls.
• Manage day-to-day operations of internal leave analysts and third-party administrators.
• Oversee end-to-end leave process including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA and local regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert on leave policies and complex regulatory cases.
• Review and update policies reflecting changes in laws and best practices.
• Conduct audits of leave and accommodation practices and recommend improvements.
• Develop and deliver enterprise training on leave and accommodation policies.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits and legal teams to ensure seamless processing of leaves.
