Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation seeks a seasoned Leave of Absence Manager to oversee enterprise-wide LOA processes and compliance. You will guide policy, drive improvements, and coordinate with vendors to ensure consistent, compliant leave experiences across all businesses in the company.

Role demands deep knowledge of FMLA/ADA and related disability laws, strong analytics, and collaboration with HR, legal, payroll, and benefits teams to optimize leave operations and reporting.

Formación

• 10+ years benefits experience including 7+ years in leave management and HR operations.
• Deep expertise in federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.)
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and ability to train management on absence policies.
• Proficiency with HR management platforms and leave case management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls across the enterprise.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of internal leave analysts and third-party administrators.
• Manage end-to-end leave process including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and state leave laws.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal teams to process leaves and benefits.
• Provide regular reports and analytics to senior leadership on leave usage and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve program effectiveness.
