Job summary

Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Leave of Absence Manager to oversee enterprise-wide leave processes, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA and related laws. The role acts as SME, guiding vendors and HR partners while driving data-driven improvements across all business units.

The candidate will lead policy development, audits, and training programs, coordinating with payroll, benefits, and Legal to deliver seamless leave experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of progressive benefits experience with at least 7 years in leave management and HR operations.
• 0
• Deep expertise in FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and state disability/leave laws.
• Strong communication and the ability to train management on absence policies.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls.
• Oversee internal leave analysts and third-party administrators.
• Manage end-to-end leave processes including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA and other regulations; SME for regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal to ensure seamless leave processing.
• Develop analytics and reporting on leave usage and compliance trends.
• Lead policy updates and training programs on leave and accommodation.
