Job summary

FUJIFILM Americas is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Manager to oversee enterprise-wide leave processes and compliance across the organization. You will partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate administration of medical, family, military, and personal leaves while upholding federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience, including at least 7 years in leave management, leave administration, and HR operations.
• Deep expertise in federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.)
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to train management on absence management policies.
• Proficiency with HR management platforms and leave case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls.
• Manage day-to-day operations of internal leave analysts and third-party administrators.
• Oversee end-to-end leave process including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and other regulations.
• Provide guidance on complex regulatory matters and accommodations.
• Review and update leave and accommodation policies with law changes.
• Conduct audits of leave and accommodation practices and suggest improvements.
• Develop and deliver enterprise training on leave policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal teams for seamless processing of leaves.
