Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Manager to oversee the administration of all leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations across the company. The role requires ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other laws, while guiding best practices and process improvements.

The role acts as the liaison between LOA team members and third-party vendors, coordinating enterprise-wide leave experiences and escalating issues for timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience managing leaves of absence programs, including FMLA/ADA compliance.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave regulations.
• Experience with vendor management and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes with enterprise-wide consistency.
• Oversee internal leave analysts and third-party administrators for performance and service delivery.
• Manage end-to-end leave processes including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure adherence to FMLA, ADA and other applicable regulations in all leave activities.
• Serve as subject-matter expert on complex regulatory matters and accommodations, guiding HR and leadership.
• Regularly review and update leave policies to reflect changes in laws and best practices.
• Conduct audits of leave and accommodation practices and implement improvements.
