Job summary

Alight Solutions in Wisconsin seeks a Benefits Pro to deliver high-touch guidance on health, retirement, and voluntary programs to members.

You will educate, enroll, and resolve issues across carriers and internal teams, acting as a single point of contact and building trusted relationships.

This role supports flexible, remote work and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Health Insurance, HR, or Benefits experience preferred
• Experience in Customer Care (inbound/outbound) preferred, 1+ year required
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Excellent written communication with attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and provide personalized benefit recommendations and decision support
• Educate members on employer-sponsored health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs
• Provide enrollment assistance and update benefit elections and records
• Coordinate across carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Deliver proactive outreach and ongoing follow-up throughout the member journey
