Job summary

Alight Solutions in Maryland is seeking a Benefits Pro to deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience across health, welfare, retirement, and other benefit programs.

You will analyze member needs, provide enrollment support, educate members on options, coordinate with carriers and vendors, and maintain accurate records while delivering proactive outreach in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of health and welfare benefits.
• Experience in benefits enrollment and eligibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a remote team environment.
• Detail-oriented with case management focus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and life events to guide benefit selections.
• Explain complex benefits information clearly to members.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
• Update benefit elections in HR systems for new hires and life events.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Deliver proactive outreach and status updates throughout the member journey.
