Alight Solutions is hiring a Benefits Pro to deliver a high-touch, concierge-style benefits experience across medical, dental, and vision plans. You will serve as the member's dedicated single point of contact, guiding enrollment, and coordinating with vendors to resolve issues from inquiry to outcome.

The role emphasizes benefits expertise, proactive outreach, and relationship building in a remote-friendly, collaborative environment with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Broad-based knowledge of benefits administration including medical, dental, vision and voluntary benefits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn company systems quickly.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end benefits guidance and enrollment assistance for medical, prescription and supplemental plans.
• Educate members on employer-sponsored health, welfare and retirement programs.
• Update benefit elections and records for new hires and life events while ensuring compliance.
• Deliver proactive outreach and case resolution throughout the member journey.
