Job summary

Alight Solutions is hiring a Benefit Pro to act as a dedicated Benefits Advocate, guiding members through health, welfare, and retirement benefits. You will own the member journey from inquiry to resolution, coordinating with carriers, retirement specialists, and internal teams to deliver a concierge-style experience.

The role emphasizes personalized guidance, proactive outreach, and problem solving in a remote-friendly environment, with strong emphasis on service excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 3+ years of Health Insurance, HR, or Benefits experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Customer Care (inbound/outbound) preferred, 1+ required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs, eligibility, usage patterns, and life events to guide benefit choices.
• Explain complex benefits information clearly to educate members on health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
