Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a dedicated Benefit Pro to serve as a trusted advisor, owning the member journey across benefits, vendors, and life events with personalized guidance and proactive outreach.

You will analyze member needs, educate on health, welfare, and retirement programs, and assist enrollment for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans while coordinating with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• HS Diploma required.
• 3+ years Health Insurance, HR, or Benefits experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and eligibility to provide personalized benefit guidance.
• Educate members on employer-sponsored health, welfare, retirement programs.
• Assist enrollment for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
• Update benefit elections and maintain records across systems.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Deliver proactive outreach and status updates throughout the member journey.
