Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking experienced RBTs and ABA professionals to provide 1:1 and small group virtual behavior intervention and academic support to students nationwide. You will deliver engaged, individualized virtual behavior support and coaching, implementing BIPs under BCBA guidance and tracking behavior data, while collaborating with families and school partners.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, or related ABA/psychology/special education experience.
• Experience working 1:1 with individuals on the autism spectrum or with developmental/behavioral needs.
• Comfort coaching parents/guardians on-screen to assist with environmental modifications and prompting.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals.
• Strong virtual instruction skills—familiarity with video conferencing and keeping students engaged online.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual behavior support and academic coaching tailored to each student's goals.
• Implement structured behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA guidance.
• Adapt instruction and reinforcement in real time based on focus and engagement.
• Track behavior data during sessions and communicate with families, supervising BCBAs, and school partners.
