Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA professionals to provide 1:1 and small group virtual behavior intervention and academic support to students nationwide. You will deliver individualized virtual behavior support, implement BIPs under a BCBA, and adapt instruction in real time while tracking data and coordinating with families and districts.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB preferred, or equivalent ABA education.
• Experience 1:1 with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or with developmental/behavioral needs.
• Comfort coaching with parents on-screen to assist with environmental modifications.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills—video conferencing and engaging online tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual behavior support and academic coaching.
• Implement structured behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA guidance.
• Adapt instruction and reinforcement in real time based on focus and regulation.
• Track behavior data and communicate with families, supervising BCBAs, and school partners.
