Qualifications

• Experience implementing behavior plans and fostering positive reinforcement.
• Ability to track behavior data during sessions and communicate effectively.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual behavior support tailored to students' needs.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Adapt instruction based on student focus and engagement.

Skills

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Experience working 1:1 with individuals on the Autism Spectrum

Strong virtual instruction skills

Comfort with video conferencing

Education

Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education
