Job summary

Tutor Me LA LLC is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide virtual behavior intervention and academic support across the United States. The ideal candidate excels at implementing behavior plans and fostering positive reinforcement in a 1:1 setting.

With the opportunity to set your schedule and hourly rate, this fully remote position offers consistent work with a steady pipeline of students needing support. Applicants must have RBT certification or equivalent experience in education or psychology.

Qualifications

• Experience working 1:1 with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or with developmental needs.
• Strong ability to adapt instructions and reinforcement in real-time.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual behavior support and academic coaching.
• Implement structured behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Track behavior data and communicate effectively with families and BCBAs.

Skills
