Tutor Me Education is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide virtual behavior intervention and academic support nationwide. You'll deliver tailored coaching, implement behavior plans, and track student progress while working from home on your schedule.

The ideal candidate will possess active RBT certification and have experience with neurodivergent students. Enjoy flexible hours, the ability to set your own rate, and a steady stream of opportunities with families and school districts.

Formación

What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual behavior supportand academic coaching tailored to each student's behavioral goals, accommodations, and unique learning profile.
• Implement structured behavior intervention plans (BIPs)under the guidance of a BCBA, focusing on skill acquisition, emotional regulation, and reducing challenging behaviors that impact learning.
• Adapt instruction and reinforcement in real timebased on student focus, engagement, and emotional regulation, utilizing creative digital rewards and interactive tools to maintain momentum.
• Track behavior datadiligently during sessions and communicate effectively with families, supervising BCBAs, and, where applicable, school district partners.

Requirements

• ActiveRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT)certification through the BACB preferred, or equivalent experience/education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or Special Education.
• Experience working 1:1 with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or with developmental and behavioral needs.
• Comfort with coaching or collaborating with parents or guardians on-screen to assist with environmental modifications and physical prompting when necessary..
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace
