Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 virtual behavior intervention and academic support. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, and tutors can set their hourly rates while working fully remote.

Qualifications

• Experience working 1:1 with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or with developmental and behavioral needs.
• Comfort with collaborating with parents on-screen.
• Ability to design lesson plans aligned to student goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized virtual behavior support for students.
• Implement structured behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Track behavior data and communicate effectively with families.
