Job summary

Tutor Me Education, based in the United States, is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide virtual behavior intervention and academic support to students nationwide. The ideal candidate should have an RBT certification or equivalent qualifications, and experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum.

This is a fully remote position where you'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule and hourly rate while making a meaningful difference in students' lives.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or equivalent experience/education.
• Experience with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or behavioral needs.
• Strong virtual instruction skills and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized virtual behavior support tailored to student needs.
• Implement behavior intervention plans focusing on skill acquisition.
• Track behavior data diligently and communicate with families effectively.
