Job summary

Comprehensive Autism Center, Inc. seeks Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA in home, preschool, and community settings for children ages 1 to 22.

You''ll receive extensive initial and ongoing training and work across development areas while collecting data to build skills and reduce interfering behaviors. Available sessions run 8 AM–7 PM with flexible schedules; RBT certification support includes reimbursement of one exam fee and advancement opportunities through CAC''s career

Qualifications

• Interest in ABA and a passion for working with children.
• Energetic, dependable team player with a positive attitude.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA instruction in the child’s natural environment.
• Collect data to build skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Work across developmental areas with extensive training and CAC supervision.
