Job summary

Tutor Me LA LLC is looking for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide virtual behavior intervention and academic support to students. The role allows for a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with neurodivergent students.

Responsibilities include delivering tailored virtual instruction, tracking behavioral data, and collaborating with families. Candidates should have an RBT certification or relevant experience in behavior analysis and strong virtual communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active certification or equivalent experience in ABA.
• Experience working 1:1 with individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong digital communication skills for virtual tutoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized virtual behavior support.
• Implement structured behavior intervention plans.
• Track behavior data and communicate with families.

Skills

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Experience with individuals on the Autism Spectrum

Education
