Tutor Me Education is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 virtual behavior interventions and academic support. Candidates should excel at implementing behavior plans and fostering positive reinforcement to help neurodivergent students thrive.

The role offers fully remote work, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to set your hourly rate. Ideal candidates will have an active RBT certification or equivalent experience in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education. Help make a meaningful difference for students across the country!

Qualifications

• Experience working 1:1 with individuals with developmental needs.
• Comfortable with video conferencing tools.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer and internet connection necessary.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized virtual behavior support and academic coaching.
• Implement structured behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Track behavior data during sessions and communicate effectively.
• Adapt instruction based on student engagement.

Connaissances

Experience with individuals on the Autism Spectrum

Virtual instruction skills

Coaching or collaborating with parents

Designing lesson plans

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Formation

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Equivalent experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology or Special Education
