Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 virtual behavior interventions and academic support. Candidates should excel at implementing behavior plans and fostering positive reinforcement to help neurodivergent students thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience working 1:1 with individuals with developmental needs.
• Comfortable with video conferencing tools.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer and internet connection necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized virtual behavior support and academic coaching.
• Implement structured behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Track behavior data during sessions and communicate effectively.
• Adapt instruction based on student engagement.

Skills

Experience with individuals on the Autism Spectrum

Virtual instruction skills

Coaching or collaborating with parents

Designing lesson plans

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Education

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
