Xometry is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team and drive growth across international markets. You will develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and build long-term partnerships with SMBs across diverse industries.

This role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong communication, and a commercial mindset. You’ll work remotely from Bulgaria, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to a healthy sales pipeline by outbound

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the customer base through proactive outbound sales activities and inbound lead management.
• Achieve established sales plans and individual KPIs.
• Handle incoming customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain effective communication with customers through calls, emails, online meetings, and messaging platforms.
• Maintain accurate and high-quality customer data in Salesforce.
• Support customers with account usage, request submissions, and order placement.
• Monitor and follow up on customer payments.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling opportunities.
• Identify and unlock new business opportunities through assigned and acquired customer accounts.
• Represent Xometry professionally in communication with customers across various industries.
