• 1 year of B2B prospecting experience

Responsabilités

• Prioritize target accounts and contacts using the GTM strategy and CRM data.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns to engage HR decision-makers.
• Understand prospect challenges to uncover opportunities and qualify leads.
• Qualify opportunities before handing them to Account Executives.
• Leverage CRM insights and data to focus on high-impact activities.
• Share field feedback to improve prospecting and qualification processes.
• Support campaigns and events to raise AssessFirst visibility in Spain.
