Job summary

Xometry, a global leader in digital manufacturing, seeks a Business Development Representative to drive new business and manage relationships across international markets. You will grow the customer base, manage requests, and maintain Salesforce data while advancing upsell opportunities and meeting sales targets.

Fluent in French and English, you will communicate effectively, negotiate, and contribute to a dynamic, remote-friendly sales team with ongoing onboarding and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English required.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the customer base through outbound sales and inbound leads.
• Meet established sales plans and individual KPIs.
• Handle incoming customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.
• Support customers with account usage, request submissions, and order placement.
• Monitor and follow up on customer payments.
• Maintain long-term relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Identify and unlock new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
